The DWB group is a long-established roof truss and metal web joist manufacturer, based throughout the East of England with factories and design teams in Hull, Boston and Latchingdon. DWB have been a MiTek Posi-Joist manufacturer for many years, and we were delighted earlier this year when they decided to switch their truss manufacture to MiTek as well.
MiTek worked with DWB to create a tailored system designed to simplify their business processes from enquiry through to invoice in order to increase efficiencies. As well as the MiTek software suite which includes MBA, Dashboard and the powerful PAMIR design program, another key benefit that DWB identified was the impressive strength and knowledge of MiTek’s support staff.
