Training Courses

General Course Information and Booking Process  

**All bookings for training require account login and must be completed by the individual attending the selected course.**
If you do not have an account you can request one via any of the course booking pages or the Account page.

A pre-course questionnaire is used to assess and confirm each student’s suitability for the course being requested.

Any Instructor led training course listed below provided by MiTek, will be delivered subject to a minimum demand of four attendees. We reserve the right to cancel scheduled online and at MiTek based courses if the minimum demand of four attendees is not met with 1 weeks’ notice and accordingly, we recommend that all bookings for accommodation, transport and flights are made on a flexible basis.

Prerequisites: These requirements for each course are there to ensure all attendees arrive with the same minimum level of understanding of the topics being covered, thus allowing the course program to be followed.

Online student led courses will be delivered via the MiTek web site using their web browser with additional downloadable content. This allows the student to access the course via their training portal and to learn at their own pace.

Remote instructor led courses will be delivered via the internet using, screen sharing software with 2-way verbal communications. To participate, students will require a minimum of two display monitors and 2-way online audio capabilities (we recommend the use of a headset). Courses are currently limited to 6 people based on instructor screen monitoring facilities.

At MiTek office based courses are delivered at our offices in Dudley, using the current release general version of the MiTek software. MiTek will provide computers, notepads, refreshments and lunch each day during the training. Customers are responsible for travel, accommodation and other expenses. Each course will begin at 9:00am prompt and end at 5:00 p.m. Courses are currently limited to 12 people to maintain a good student instructor ratio. The dress code during training courses is casual.

Confirm the course meets your needs and you meet the requirements then complete the pre-course student questionnaire and submit to register for your place.  Note: The questionnaire is required by each instructor to confirm suitability and adjust the course content and delivery to the needs of those attending.
