PAMIR Walls

Full-house manufacturing, connected

PAMIR Wall Panel Module is next-generation full-house software, enabling fully integrated manufacturing of walls, floors, and roofs from a single digital platform.

MiTek’s next-generation wall panel design software

Pamir Walls is an integrated extension of the Pamir ecosystem, bringing wall panel modelling, detailing, and manufacturing outputs together in one fully integrated 3D environment.

It combines Pamir’s powerful layout, engineering, automated outputs and 3D design tools with advanced timber-frame detailing to give you a single, streamlined platform for designing an entire house digitally with speed, precision, and confidence.

Timber Frame Advantages

  • Speed of construction

Timber frame systems are largely manufactured off-site, allowing quick on-site assembly. This can reduce build programmes by several weeks compared to traditional masonry, helping developers save time and labour costs.

  • Excellent thermal performance

Timber has natural insulating properties and timber frame walls can easily accommodate high levels of insulation. This helps meet or exceed UK Building Regulations for energy efficiency, reducing heat loss and household energy bills.

  • Lower carbon footprint

Timber is a renewable material that stores carbon throughout its life. Compared with steel or concrete, timber frame construction has significantly lower embodied carbon, supporting the UK's net-zero and sustainability targets.

  • Cost predictability

Factory-controlled manufacture leads to consistent quality and less material waste. This improves cost certainty and reduces the risk of weather-related delays, which is particularly beneficial in the UK climate.

  • Lightweight and adaptable

Timber frame structures are lighter than masonry, which can reduce foundation requirements and costs. The system also provides design flexibility, making it suitable for a wide range of UK housing types, including low-rise apartments.

  • High quality and precision

Components are produced in controlled factory conditions, resulting in high dimensional accuracy and build quality. This improves airtightness, reduces on-site defects.

The benefits of Pamir Walls

Precision Through BIM-Integrated 3D Detailing

Boost accuracy and efficiency through intuitive 3D detailing and IFC-driven BIM coordination. PAMIR links and precisely aligns multiple IFC models into a single federated model, enabling seamless collaboration across disciplines and helping teams identify and resolve clashes early for clearer, more reliable design outcomes.
