We’re pleased to announce our partnership with CRASH as a corporate patron.

CRASH is a construction industry charity dedicated to supporting meaningful social projects across the UK by helping homelessness charities and hospices through vital construction projects.

Over the course of the next year, the team will be supporting CRASH as a Patron, underpinning every construction project the charity undertakes by providing professional expertise, products, and donations.

Tim Garner from MiTek commented:

“CRASH is the only charity that is just construction based in the UK, and it’s brilliant to be able to partner with a charity that really reflects what we do.  We can directly lend our skills and expertise for good causes, which feels good. Crash has a long legacy.  They have some brilliant supporters within the industry already, so we are in good company!

Together they have delivered some incredible projects and it’s a really exciting opportunity to be part of the team, and we hope to continue to support them for years to come.”

The charity plays a valuable role in bringing the construction industry together, channeling the expertise and products of companies to where they are most needed. These skills are used to transform hostels and day centres for homeless people across the UK, as well as helping children and adults who need end of life care in hospices.

Tim adds:

“There are lots of opportunities to offer support, whether it’s hands on, offering expertise or providing products that can help with a build. We really believe in what they do, they’re a small team with incredible focus, who are pulling in industry expertise to really make a difference to homelessness in the UK. Whether its transforming a shelter, or hospice – it’s work that resonates with everybody, and helps the most vulnerable.”

Support from CRASH can range from providing new roofs, to supporting the refurbishment of facilities and helping to create places that care for people when they are at their most vulnerable.
