Bellway Homes is playing a pivotal role in the industry’s shift towards carbon efficiency, with their sustainability strategy, ‘Better with Bellway’.

MiTek, in collaboration with Bellway Homes and Zehnder Climate Systems, were shortlisted for two prestigious awards for their work at the innovative Barton Quarter in 2024.
The partnership earned recognition in the Net Zero Awards and Digital Excellence categories at the Building Awards.
MiTek’s industry-leading PAMIR 3D platform has allowed design challenges to be overcome at the Future Hub. The platform allowed the team to collaborate effectively to optimise the design and ensure the smooth installation of the MVHR system onsite.
Fitting additional technologies needed to meet Future Homes Standard regulations has been made effective and efficient thanks to MiTek’s Posi-Joist. The open web nature allows for MVHR systems to be run throughout new homes.
Early engagement with supply chain partners was crucial to the success of the Future Hub. It was important for all partners to work together from the start, as incorporating new equipment into homes could cause potential clashes in design and installation. MiTek’s PAMIR 3D platform identified clashes so they could be designed out ahead of the build.
